The recieving doors are located on the east side of the building. There is a double doors as well as a single door located beside the garbage bins. The buzzer is beside the single door. If they don’t answer the knock on the double door use the buzzer.
*No dock, don’t bring a pallet.

Concordia Village is two drops in a single parking lot. 1125 Concordia is the smaller of the two kitchens and is located on the west side beside the grease bin. You can deliver through the double doors and even back up the driveway. Delivery into the kitchen does not require you to separate the order.
1115 Concordia is the larger of the two kitchens. It is located east side of the parking lot. The delivery door is beside the overhang directly across from the generator (the big green box). It is a single door. 1115 Concordia has a dry stock room, a fridge and a freezer. You will need to seperate the order and put them in their proper places. If you are unsure always ask the kitchen staff.
*an order without milk will save you 15 minutes.
30 minutes
Get to Canada Life Center before 9 am. The earlier the better. Operations start at 9 am and you have to be signed in before 9. Operations may even start earlier then that. If Operations is working you will not be allowed in the building. At times you may not be allowed to sit on the ramp or on the street. You want to in and out before 9am.
*Back down the ramp, if you do not back down the ramp you will not be allowed in the dock.
*Stop at the door and then walk into the security office to sign in.
*Bring a pallet and a jack if the order is bigger than a wheeler load.
*Ask security if you can get a forklift if you cannot get a dock.
*If your told to come back or told your not allowed in, call your salesman.
